Visit USA Ireland Celebrates Thanksgiving 2025

The Visit USA Committee Ireland celebrated Thanksgiving in Dublin with two outstanding events on 20th November 2025.

The first was a business-focused trade show that was designed to connect the Visit USA members with senior managers, buyers, marketing chiefs from Ireland's top travel agencies and tour operators. This took place in the Spencer Hotel, Dublin and 18 Visit USA members participated.

Exhibitors included: Delta Air Lines, Brand USA, Maverick Helicopters, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Central Florida, Bradley Int. Airport, Travel Oklahoma, Pure Michigan, Amelia Island, Experience Columbus, Visit Colorado, Visit Portland, Visit California and Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Delegates at the events were from a broad cross section of the Irish travel trade and included representatives from American Holidays, Tour America, Click&Go, Sunway, Best4Travel and Travel Department.

Then it was on to the Thanksgiving Evening Reception in the chic Mayson Hotel in Dublin. This event was open to all levels of the Irish trade travel trade from counter staff to senior managers, with over 100 guests in attendance.

The event kicked off with a stunning cocktail reception courtesy of Delta Air Lines, who are celebrates their 100 year anniversary.

There were also great prizes to be won on the night. The top prize was two economy class tickets to the USA courtesy of Delta Air Lines.
